Subject: Recovery Fees for the LED Infoboard

It has been a year since the Ateneo Gate 3 LED Infoboard started operations. Many messages and announcements from various units and offices of the Ateneo community have been posted. The LED has now become Ateneo’s instant source of important news and the top-of-mind medium of units and organizations when it comes to announcing their upcoming events. As in any kind of facility, there are the accompanying costs for
maintenance and repair. And so…

Starting April 1, 2014, the University Communication and Public Relations Office will charge a minimal recovery fee from the different Ateneo units, offices, student organizations using the LED Infoboard.

For a 15-seconder LED ad shown 17 times per hour…289 times per day…and a total of 2,023 times per week, our LED Ad space rental fee (starting April 2014) is only *P2,000 per week, almost equivalent to the cost of sending a text message. Information regarding the new process of uploading ads on the LED Infoboard, new downloadable forms and the list of our other nominal fees for different design projects may be found in this link:
