Memo to: The University Community

From: Nemesio S. Que, SJ
Vice President

Subject: Upcoming Holidays (October to November 2013)

I wish to remind the community of the following declared regular holidays
and non-working days for the months of October and November 2013:

  • 15 October (Tuesday)      – Eidul Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) [1]
  • 28 October (Monday)       – Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Elections [2]
  • 1 November (Friday)        – All Saints? Day [3]
  • 2 November (Saturday)    – All Souls? Day ? Additional special (non-working) day [3]
  • 30 November (Saturday)  – Bonifacio Day [3]

Likewise, University offices at the Loyola Heights Campus will close at
12:00PM on Thursday, 31 October to give everyone the chance to prepare for All Saints? Day. However, unit and office heads must ensure regular office operations in the morning to address the needs of the University.

I pray that everyone keeps safe during these days while away from work.

For your proper information and guidance.
